Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love your KOWRIE piece. If something isn’t right, please review our policy below.

Returns

Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopkowrie@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and reason for return.

Return requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted. Returns sent without prior approval may also be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email shopkowrie@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
